REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or another valid issue is approved by our store.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete product description, specifications, compatibility information, intended use, and any warnings or disclaimers before purchasing.

Refunds, Returns, & Replacements

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect purchases made by the customer
  • Items that do not fit the customer's intended use when product information was available before purchase
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products damaged through misuse, improper installation, modifications, crashes, impacts, extreme riding, racing, stunt riding, or use outside the intended purpose

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A description of the problem

We will review each situation individually and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund if the issue is determined to be caused by a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Product Use & Responsibility

Our products are designed for their stated purposes only. Customers are responsible for proper installation, use, and inspection of all products before and during use.

Damage or failure caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, crashes, impacts, extreme forces, or activities outside the intended use of the product is not eligible for refunds, returns, or replacements.

Some packages may include additional safety notices, instructions, or disclaimers. Customers are responsible for reading and understanding all included documentation before installation and use.

Certain consumer protection rights under California law may apply regardless of this policy. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.
